Büşra Asansör automatic door systems offers 3-Panel Telescopic Elevator Cabin Door solutions, specially developed for semi-automatic elevator systems with manual landing doors (swing doors) and projects with narrow hoistway dimensions. This telescopic automatic cabin door, manufactured to advanced engineering standards, provides a unique advantage to installation teams in elevator modernization and revision works.
The greatest privilege of our door is that it has a 25 mm panel thickness and a sill width of only 90 mm. Thanks to this compact and slim structure, it can be applied directly without requiring extensive modificatinos, cutting, or breaking on the cabin in narrow hoistways. The width of our door panels is specially calculated and manufactured with milimetric precision according to the formula (Door Width / 3 + 20 mm).
Premium Material Quality and Technical Specifications
- Strong Body Structure: To increase durability, we apply 0.70 mm stainless steel cladding over 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal. The standard panel thickness is 25 mm, including the cladding.
- Alternative Panel Option: Depending on the requirements of your project and shaft structure, we can optionally manufacture with a 40 mm panel thickness. 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180 mm = 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600,1700, 1800mm
- Flexible Height Limits: Our standard production for panel height is 2100 mm. While the recommended maximum height for safe and stable operation is 2500 mm, we can perform custom manufacturing up to 3000 mm in height upon your request.
