Büşra Asansör offers Elevator Compensation Chain Pulley solutions that enhance ride comfort by balancing the weight of elevator ropes and chains in high-rise buildings. We manufacture this specialized component, which requires high durability and precision, with our high production capacity specifically for bulk orders of 500 units and above.
The pulley body is manufactured from 3 mm thick durable sheet metal and coated with electrostatic powder paint against corrosion. The system features a specially designed group of 4 radiused polyamide or rubber wheels that ensure the chain flows quietly and smoothly. The ball-bearing wheel structure minimizes friction and mechanical noise. To facilitate the work of installation teams in the field, our product is delivered as two sets in a single box with a complete installation kit.
